wenn ich das # lasse, funzt es immer noch net, wenn ich es wegmache kommt das in der apache:

Ich habe es mit Deiner httpd.conf bei mir probiert und es funktioniert.
Da ist was nicht in Ordnung bei Deinem Apache binary. Was kann ich nicht sagen.

soll ich vielleicht mal das neu triad drauf machen?

Ist gut möglich, dass das hilft, ich persönlich habe Triad nie verwendet, ich hol mir den Apache von apache.org
