Ist es möglich, dass Nutzer, die ich dazu berechtige, die Möglichkeit haben, dateien in eine Tabelle hochladen, ohne dass die in den Quellcode eingreifen müssen? Wenn ja wie?

Now I want to have something like that, too, but friends should be able to upload there files, as well.

Also ein Downloadscript mit Userssystem? (danach würd ich dann bei google suchen)

Das ist meist in einem Downloadscript enthalten... und erst recht, wenn ein Usersystem vorhanden ist, wo die User was uploaden können.
