I'm relatively new to machine learning, and I don't need anything too crazy. I'm particularly looking for a solid neural network library, but I would also be interested in good random forest or SVM libraries.
I'm aware of a few (FANN, PHP-ML), but I'd appreciate experienced opinions.
I'm also open to the idea that machine learning in PHP is simply not up to par compared to other languages, and that a library in another language should be used.
