OK this is not an real error, that means the site can work without a doctype. But it is not very professional. And you want to earn money with that.

Think about this.

I don't know anything about the other 197 errors, but before you post here the next time, look for errors and eleminate them!

this is the official HTML validator of the W3C, which defines the standard for HTML - and it shows more then 190 errors for your page, that's a damn fact, even if you don't want to accept that.
and this means, you are obviously not competent in writing HTML-sites.

I wrote this is not a real error. But that doesn't men that it isn't wrong. It only means that the page can be displayed in some browsers.
