strcasecmp — Binary safe case-insensitive string comparison
Description
strcasecmp(string
$string1, string $string2): intBinary safe case-insensitive string comparison. The comparison is not locale aware; only ASCII letters are compared in a case-insensitive way.

Return Values
Returns < 0 if string1 is less than
string2; > 0 if string1
is greater than string2, and 0 if they are
equal.
