SQLite3::prepare — Prepares an SQL statement for execution
Description
Prepares an SQL statement for execution and returns an SQLite3Stmt object.
Parameters

The SQL query to prepare.
Return Values
Returns an SQLite3Stmt object on success or false
on failure.
