allow_url_fopen standardmäßig an?

Hallo,

weiß jemand, ob bei PHP 4.4.2 für Linux X86 die ini-Einstellung von allow_url_fopen standardmäßig auf On oder Off steht?

Finde es selber raus. Runterladen, entpacken und php.ini anschauen.
