.Hilfe bei .htaccess

hallo,

ich bin absoluter PHP Unwissender !

Hier mein Problem: ich nutze Joomla (noch 1.522) für mehrere Domains.
und brauche Besucherfreundiche URLs und mod_rewrite und PHP 5

nun habe ich schon mal rausgefunden, das das die .htaccess für mich machen kann. ( und ich nicht immer den Provider anschreiben muss, das er das ändert, was z.B. bei 1und1 auch gar nicht funktioniert!)

kann mir jemand folgende datei richtig umstellen? das wäre super!
