Der Umstieg auf Smarty 3.0 von den bisher veröffentlichten RC wird für viele Entwickler nicht ohne Arbeitsaufwand zu bewerkstelligen sein.
Der neu implemetierte Template-Parser soll das entwickeln vereinfachen indem eine feinere Kontrolle über die Template-Syntax integriert wurde.
